Topkapı Palace Museum is closed on tuesdays. On the other days, The Museum is open between 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Wednesday the 19th , May 2010 : COMMEMORATION OF ATATURK AND YOUTH AND SPORTS DAY

Monday the 30th , August 2010 : DAY OF THE VICTORY

Wednesday the 8th , September 2010 (a half-day) : EVE OF THE RAMADAN FESTIVAL

Thursday the 9th , September 2010 (a half-day) : FIRST DAY OF THE RAMADAN FESTIVAL

Thursday the 28th , October 2010 (a-half day) : DAY OF THE REPUBLIC

Friday the 29th , October 2010 : DAY OF THE REPUBLIC

Monday the 15th , November 2010 : EVE OF THE FEAST OF THE SACRIFICE

Tuseday the 16th , November 2010 (a half-day) : FIRST DAY OF THE FEAST OF THE SACRIFICE

 

The museum is open to visitors after 01:00 PM on the first days of religious festivals.

How can I buy entrance tickets and what is their cost?

Tickets for The Museum can only be obtained from the ticket booths located at the 1st Courtyard of Topkapı Palace Museum. A separate ticket is required for Harem visits.

The entrance fee for Topkapı Palace Museum is 20 (twenty) TL for all visitors.

The entrance fee for Harem is 15 (fifteen) TL for all visitors.

Harem entrance tickets can be obtained from the ticket booth in front of the Harem entrance.
